Welcome to MDF. We're on a mission to To improve the lives of the people by reducing the burden of communicable and non-communicable diseases and social inequalities affecting orphans, vulnerable children, women and the elderly in Cross River State. The 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence is an annual international campaign that kicks off on 25 November, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, and runs until 10 December, Human Rights Day.

President and Founder Mediatrix Development Foundation Dr. Mrs. Linda Ayade yesterday was represented by  Ambassador Mrs. Jane Ishabor in A One Day Agro Industrial Summit  with the THEME… “Promoting Agricultural Value Chain to boost Economic Development, Food sufficiency and curb youth restiveness” in Ogoja LGA, Cross River State.
In her words,” I believe that the fortunes of Cross River State will greatly increase as a result of agriculture, especially in the areas of cassava, rice farming and cocoa processing which have received very heavy investments. Agribusiness is something I personally love and engage in. I wish that more people will aspire to live as farmers rather than rushing to cities in search of scarce white collar jobs because industrialization and mechanization are gradually turning farming into a white collar job”
She expressed happiness being part of it and thanked the organizers for the effort to sensitize our people in the north on the great potentials available all around us.
